After-hours voicemail is checked every morning and prioritized by urgency.

Tier 1 — Support Team: Initial response within 4 business hours. Most issues resolved at this stage.
Tier 2 — Engineering Support: Complex technical issues escalated within 8 hours if unresolved.
Tier 3 — Senior Engineering / Leadership: Critical production impact issues escalated to senior staff immediately.

Resolution: Within 5 business days
